$1,000 per evaluation

Expedited Immigration Psychological Evaluations
$1,300 per evaluation
Completed and provided within 7 days.

Insurance

I am currently in-network with IEHP, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, and Spring Health EAP. Coverage and benefits vary by individual plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify your behavioral health benefits.

For clients using out-of-network benefits, I can also provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Payment

Cash, checks, and major credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee.
